      Please remember that you must wait in the office for 30 minutes  after receiving your injection.

You must be in the office by the end time  for injections or you will be asked to come back on another day.

 Injection hours changesEast Lyme and Mystic office  

  Due to the CORONAVIRUS NATIONAL EMERGENCY     

  Immunotherapy patient COVID 19 protocol as of March 23, 2020. 

Protocol will be revised as the situation requires.

Mystic Injection hours will be Mondays  8:30 am – 12:15 pm and 3:00pm to 5:30 pm

Wednesdays 8:30 am – 12:15 pm and 3:00pm to 4:30 pm

East Lyme Injection hours will be Tuesdays s 8:30 am – 12:15 pm and 3:00pm to 4:30 pm

Thursday 8:30 am – 12:15 pm and 3:00pm to 5:30 pm

When you arrive @ Shoreline Allergy you will see sections identified in the parking lot for Immunotherapy patient parking.  East Lyme patients park in the designated area at the Shack Restaurant.

Please park in this area.

Front desk staff will verify your information, collect any balances or co-pays payments over the phone via credit card and take your phone number.

You are asked to remain in your vehicle until a nurse calls you to come into the office

For minors less than 18 years old, they should be accompanied by only ONE parent (or legal guardian). PLEASE, no additional spouses, siblings, relatives or friends.

For adults 18 or older, please enter  by yourself (unless you require medical assistance)

 You will be instructed to come in to receive your injection and then will return to your vehicle to wait your 30 minutes.

There will be a nurse monitoring the parking lot at all times for the safety of the injection patients.

If you do not stay for your full time, you will not be allowed to continue your injections until such time as normal protocols can be put back in place.

Just a reminder to all injection patients.   Injections are given on a walk in basis.  

At times, you may need to wait 10-15 minutes before receiving your injection due to heavy patient volume.  

Please do not bring any food or drink into the office when coming in for your injection.
